A public tax roll is available. Click below to view current assessment & taxation information.
Tax certificates are $25.00. Please contact tax@draytonvalley.ca to obtain a certificate.
TIPP Program
The Tax Instalment Payment Plan is an efficient and convenient way to make monthly pre-payments towards your property tax account. The payment is automatically withdrawn from your bank account the first business day of the month.

Key Dates & Payment Deadlines
- Mid-May – Combined Property Assessment & Tax Notices are mailed out
- June 30th – Property Taxes Due
- July 1st – Penalty applied to current taxes (15%)
- January 1st – Penalty applied to all outstanding taxes (15%)
