The Portal enables citizens to access information and services such as:
- utility inquiry and access to print invoices
- accounts receivable inquiry and access to print invoices
- property tax inquiry and access to print tax notices
- public information related to property and assessment details

Don’t have an account?
Follow these simple steps to register for your online account
1. Access the Online Portal
Click the link on our website to access the payment portal.
At the bottom of the screen, select “Login.”
2. Register for an Account
On the login page, select “Register.”
Enter your:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
You will receive an activation email shortly after.
3. Activate Your Account
Open the activation email and click the confirmation link to complete your registration.
4. Log In
Return to the portal and log in with the email and password you created.
5. Link Your Town Services
You will be prompted to link one or more Town accounts, such as:
- Utilities
- Property Taxes
- Accounts Receivable
You will need the following:
- Account number or roll number
- Unique access code (found on your latest invoice or available by calling the Town Office)
Once linked, you will be able to view your account information and make payments directly through the portal.
