Customer Self Service Portal
The Town of Drayton Valley now offers a Customer Self-Service Portal where copies of notices and invoices can be accessed.
The Customer Self Service application enables municipalities to offer their citizens access to services and information anywhere, anytime, securely via the Internet. Customers, citizens and businesses can use CSS to access account information such as payment and billing history, account balances and property data. They can access their tax or utility data, general accounts receivable invoices and create tax searches and certificates – all online over a secured Internet connection.
The Customer Self Service enables citizens to access information and services such as:
- utility inquiry and access to print invoices
- accounts receivable inquiry and access to print invoices
- property tax inquiry and access to print tax notices
- public information related to property and assessment details
- tax search and certificate accounts
Accessing and using the Customer Self-Service Portal:
Click HERE to open the Customer Self-Service Portal
Select Customer Sign-On > then Register in the left window pane.
Enter your User ID or Owner number from your invoice or tax notice and the account number and the type of account. From there you will need to create a password and security question and answer. Once that is complete you are able to access your account online at your convenience!
