Subdivision Application Form and Checklist
Subdivision is the process of dividing one piece of land into any number of smaller parcels, as permitted by Municipal and Provincial Regulations. Alberta Land Titles issues each new parcel of land its own Lot, Block and Plan number and registered title.
The Town of Drayton Valley provides consultation and assistance when subdivision applications are made.

Rezoning
Rezoning Amendment Application Form
Rezoning is the process of changing the zone that applies to a property or parcel of land. Rezoning is required if you wish to develop your site in a manner that is not allowed by the current zoning. Processing takes approximately 3 months.
