Customer Service Portal
Welcome to the Town of Drayton Valley’s online Customer Service Portal! As part of our commitment to customer service, we’ve implemented a new system that allows residents to enter concerns, issues, or feedback online from home. You can now do things like report a pothole or graffiti, let us know about repairs needed at parks and recreation areas, or let us know your garbage wasn’t picked up online through the Customer Service Portal!
After logging a concern, a service request will be created and residents will be provided a reference number. The service request will immediately be sent to the appropriate Town department for action, and residents can also request to be contacted when the job is completed with details on what was done!
The Town has introduced this service as a way to streamline concerns and issues that may arise, and to allow residents a simple way to log their concerns and be provided with reference details. This new system will also provide a concrete way to track and record all requests or issues, providing the Town with a comprehensive list of work orders that will help facilitate future planning.
The Customer Service Portal is a NON-EMERGENCY system.
- For emergencies that require a police response, please dial 9-1-1.
- For urgent matters after hours, please call 780-514-2200
- For urgent matters requiring Bylaw or Animal Enforcement, please call 780-514-2386
- For urgent matter requiring Public Works (eg. flooding), please call 780-202-1246
- Fur urgent matters requiring Utilities (eg. water), please call 780-621-1074
