Bylaws

The Municipal Government Act grants Council the power to pass bylaws. Bylaws are created as a way to address issues and concerns and are created to protect the environment, public health, public safety, or to maintain order throughout the Town of Drayton Valley.

The following is a selection of the Town’s most requested Bylaw’s. If you are interested in a specific matter, please feel free to contact the Town Office at 780-514-2200 with your inquiry.
