Move Your Mood
Move Your Mood (MYM) is a research-based program that uses physical activity and healthy lifestyle practices to improve the mental and physical well-being of participants. Move Your Mood has a variety of programs that vary between communities across Central Zone. The program aims to offer a variety of services for schools and communities and targeted programs for individuals who may be experiencing mild mental health problems. The overall goal of the program is to help prevent mental illness and addiction.
