How to Protect Yourself & Others

  • Use good hygiene practices, such as frequent hand washing
  • Practice “Physical-Distancing”
  • Cover coughs and sneezes: cover your mouth and nose with your arm to reduce the spread of germs, dispose of any tissues you have used as soon a possible and wash your hands immediately
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Self-isolate, stay at home and away from others if you are feeling ill
  • Mask use is recommended in situations where physical distancing of 2 metres is not possible.
