Grass Cutting & Greenspace Maintenance
The Town of Drayton Valley’s Public Works department maintains 71.77 hectares of green space. The Public Works Department ensures the community’s green spaces are at their finest for the enjoyment of all residents.
The Town’s green spaces are maintained, mowed and trimmed on a rotating 8 day schedule as weather permits. These areas include:
- Walkways & Trails
- Parks & Ponds
- Downtown
- River View Cemetery
- Town Facilities
- Boulevards
- Ditches
- Dog Park
- Sports Fields
Keeping our community looking it’s best requires everyone’s help.
The Town’s Community Standards Bylaw requires property owners to maintain their property and adjacent boulevards to reasonable standards.
