Education
Drayton Valley is home to six public schools that are part of the Wild Rose School Division. As part of the Roman Catholic Separate School Division, St. Anthony provides education from K-8 while Holy Trinity Academy caters to Grades 9-12.
NorQuest College is now located in the Clean Energy and Technology Centre, and offers diploma and certificate programs, along with foundational studies, continuing education, and professional development opportunities through full-time, part-time, online, distance, and hybrid delivery options. In collaboration with the Drayton Valley & District Community Learning Association (also located at the CETC), NorQuest also offers Foundations for Learning courses with tutoring support and provides resources to students in the community. www.norquest.ca 780-542-5400
Drayton Valley and District Community Learning Association provides non-credit learning to adults in employability, literacy and numeracy, English as an Additional Language (ESL),
and Basic Computer skills. Classes include English as a second language, family literacy programs, employability skills, GED Preparation, computer training and adult tutoring in subjects up to Grade 9, computers and English as an Additional Language.
