Statistics indicate that two out of three projects have difficulties meeting the three successful criteria: delivered on time, with a final actual cost on or below budget, and in full compliance with the technical and regulatory requirements. This course gives to the participants the basic principles and tools to increase productivity and to manage more efficiently people, and physical and financial resources during the planning and execution of projects.
