NorQuest College Indigenous Awareness training session brings modern, authentic insight, engagement human resource tools and a best practices overview engagement approach to the Indigenous cultures of Canada. We will also provide human resource recruitment and cross-cultural communication insights. This session will provide a collaborative grassroots Indigenous and western perspective of Indigenous peoples. This session will examine, explore and interpret culture, historical and current social policy, current contexts and social shifts and the benefits of engaging and employing Indigenous peoples in Alberta.
