Campgrounds

The main camping areas around Drayton Valley are the Willey West Campground, located along the North Saskatchewan River, the Pih-To-Kwe Campground, located just north of town, and the Drayton Valley RV Park and Campground.

The Drayton Valley RV Park is located in the Lion’s West Valley Park and is accessible from Highway 22 (6001 – 44 Avenue). There are 22 full-service sites and hookups include water, sewer and power. All sites have tables and firepits and the heated washrooms are complete with showers. There is a trailer sani-dump station located within the Lion’s West Valley Park. Winter camping is available.

Full service (water/power/sewer): $25/day, $150/week
Power only: $20/day, $120/week
Site only: $15/day

The Willey West Campground is located 6km east of Drayton Valley, just off Highway 22. There are seven full-service sites and 24 sites with just power. The campground features a baseball diamond, canoeing and fishing opportunities, horseshoe pits, a trail system, a convenience store and a playground. It is open from May to October.

Power only: $25/day
Site only: $20/day

The Pih-To-Kwe Campground is just 3km north of Drayton Valley on Hwy 22, across from the Drayton Valley Golf Course. Seniors rates are available. There are 32 sites—features include free firewood, firepits, picnic tables and a playground. It is open from May to October.
