Emergency Preparedness An emergency or disaster can occur at any time. The Town of Drayton Valley is prepared to respond to several disasters and emergencies. Major Police Forces in the province can also activate the EPWS to issue an AMBER Alert in the event of abduction where police believe a child’s life may be in Emergency Preparedness Fact Sheets The Town of Drayton Valley is in the North Central Emergency Management Alberta District.
