Drayton Valley is the focal trading point for many communities within Brazeau County, including Breton, Buck Creek, Cynthia, Lindale, Lodgepole, Rocky Rapids and Violet Grove. Drayton Valley also serves communities on the boundaries of adjoining counties, including Alder Flats, Entwistle, Niton Junction Seba Beach, Thorsby, Tomahawk, and Wildwood.
